Karan Impex is the trading wing of the group. It is engaged in trading diversified items ranging from industrial chemicals, polypropylene, dyestuff, etc.
Orange O Tec Pvt Ltd, started its operations in 2009 and has been a dedicated service provider of Digital Textile Printing machines and has been representing a Nasdaq-listed US company since then. The company has more than 350 install-based printers in Pan India to whom the company has been providing consumables and after-sales service.
Universal Agro Processors Ltd, 1300 acres of agricultural farm, a dream project of the chairman, started in 2012 in Nakasongla, Uganda, East Africa. On the virgin land of Uganda, the plantation of mangoes, Oranges, Cashews, Chillies, and Beans has been done after clearance of land. UAPL has its own equipment ranging from excavators to a fleet of tractors, which has resulted in the efficiency of operations and speeding up of plantation
